At Gala we offer a range of support to take the stress out of managing your systems and avoid unnecessary downtime: maintenance contracts to cover your whole network, preventative maintenance to avoid recurring problems or if you only need occasional support, ad hoc technical expertise and telephone support.

 

Telephone support : Having someone available at the press of a few buttons to help you solve a problem or explain an unfamiliar technique can be very reassuring, as well as cost effective. Our inexpensive telephone support packages will give you piece of mind knowing that we are only a phone call away. Available for single or multiple users, a telephone support contract can relieve the pressure on you, leaving you with more time to concentrate on being creative and productive.


On-site support : We offer on-site support on an 'ad hoc' basis, or as part of an on-going support contract.
If we cannot help you over the phone then we will send an engineer out to you to fix the problem. Our contracts are simply designed to give you better value for money; as you agree to buy a number of hours of our time during a year we give you a lower rate. So you can have the same high standards of support and save money!
