Preventative Maintenance

Is your computer working at maximum efficiency? Is your memory allocated correctly or does your hard disk need defragmenting? This support package is designed to keep your equipment running at optimum performance levels.

Rather than allowing problems to escalate to the point where your system is unusable, we will perform regular healthchecks to reduce the effects of data corruption and hard disk fragmentation. Every two months our engineers will run diagnostic software on your computers to identify and eliminate any minor problems. 

Should any major problems be found you will be advised on the best course of action. Regular contact between our engineers and you will enable us to learn about your system so that we can fix problems and suggest more efficient work practices.
