System & Application Software Support

 

The majority of support issues are software related. In many situations these problems can be rectified quickly through telephone support, so reducing the 'downtime' of your system. This support package allows access to our technical support helpline for a specified number of incidents. 

 

If we cannot immediately identify the problem we will investigate on your behalf until we have a solution. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone then you may request that we come on-site to assist you.

In some cases it may mean re-installing and reconfiguring your entire system. Three call outs or up to 6 hours (for 1st supported machine 4 hours for consecutive machines) on-site support are included in this support package.

 

This support is designed to cover both system (the Mac OS) and application software (programmes such as adobe PhotoShop, Quark XPress etc). As part of this support package we will keep you up to date with all the latest software patches and free upgrades.You also receive priority call outs so you do not have to wait hours or even days for an available engineer.
